Insurance
Dr. Lucy Xiao is an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
- Cigna
- Interplan
- Multiplan
- Sutter Select
- United Healthcare
If you have acupuncture benefit from the above listed insurance plans, please provide your insurance information before your first visit in order for us to verify your coverage. As a courtesy Dr. Xiao will bill your insurance carrier directly. You will be responsible for your deductibles, co-insurance/copayments and claims that are denied by your insurance company.
If you have other insurance PPO plans and have out-of-network coverage, you'll pay for your sessions and be given a receipt (superbill) so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
