Payment
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. A valid credit card on file is required to book your appointments. For current fees please contact the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 48-hour notice, or a late cancellation fee will be charged for the time reserved for you.
Insurance
We are currently not accepting new in-network insurance patients. If you have a PPO insurance plan that covers out-of-network acupuncture services, we can provide a detailed receipt/superbill to assist you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.
