Payment
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. Checks, cash or credit cards are accepted. For current fees please contact the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give at least 48-hour notice, or a late cancellation fee will apply.

Insurance
If you have a PPO insurance plan that covers acupuncture services, we can provide a detailed receipt/superbill to assist you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider.
